Our method of work
Our method is structured around three fundamental steps: a comprehensive medical check-up, advanced analytics, and a personalized diagnosis. With this information we can identify the most relevant health issues at a given moment and develop targeted health plans to address cardiovascular problems and various types of cancer.
However, a robust health strategy should not end with a single assessment. For this reason, we include a fourth and essential step: continuous monitoring over time. This process evolves into what we call the Active Aging Plan, which establishes periodic analytical tests and personalized follow-up to understand how an individual’s health trajectory is progressing throughout the aging process.

Health and habits checkup
An initial health check-up is performed to determine the patient's health status and lifestyle habits:
- Health questionnaires (age, sex, family history, sleep quality, etc.)
- Lifestyle habits (lifestyle practices, stress, etc.)
- Physical examination.
- Anthropometric assessment.
- Cardiology tests.
- Functional capacity tests (flexibility tests, dynamometry, etc.)
- CNS Neurocognitive Test

Custom analytics
We perform two types of analytical tests:
- Aimed at detecting potentially preventable premature mortality. Initially, the focus will be on this type of testing.
- Aimed at studying patient aging. These tests will be performed if the patient wishes to participate in a Healthy Aging Program.

Diagnosis and preventive plan
We will assess the laboratory tests performed and determine whether the patient has any conditions that predispose them to potentially preventable mortality. If the result is positive, we will begin treatment for the patient's risk factor. The patient will then be offered the option to continue with a healthy aging plan that will improve their future quality of life. In this case, new specific laboratory tests will be performed, and a new diagnosis and preventive plan will be developed.

Patient follow-up and treatment
A good healthy aging plan shouldn't be limited to a checkup and a set of guidelines. It should be a long-term plan, which is why we created our "Active Aging Plan," based on ongoing health monitoring to diagnose diseases related to the aging process in their subclinical or silent phase. This way, it's possible to combat them years before they begin to show their first symptoms.
Personalized studies
Early detection is the most powerful tool for enjoying a longer and healthier life. At Longevytum we adopt an approach that spans from prevention to prediction, leveraging state-of-the-art medical technology. Our clinic offers a wide range of both analytical and imaging tests designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of each patient’s health status.
Our medical team carefully reviews all results and tailors the various programs and protocols to each individual’s characteristics. In this way, every person receives a fully personalized plan based on objective data and scientific evidence, ensuring that prevention and intervention are aligned with their unique needs.
Symptoms of aging
A multitude of symptoms are associated with the aging process, among the most relevant:
- Vascular problems (heart and brain)
- Different types of cancer
- Lower physical performance
- Lower intellectual performance
- Loss of energy and vitality
- Sleep disorders
Personalized study
We have a powerful analytical and imaging battery aimed at determining a person's degree of aging and their predisposition to typical aging-related pathologies:
- Biochemical analysis
- Molecular and genetic biological analysis
- Coronary calcium score
- Coronary Angiotax
- Low-dose CT
Results
Our treatments are aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Reduction in Preventable Premature Mortality
- Cancer prevention
- Prevention of neurodegenerative processes
- Increased vitality and feeling of well-being
- Improves the immune system
- Delay physiological aging
- Significant improvement in classic risk factors such as cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia, and metabolic disorders.
